What’s my “Why”?

Over my career, I have seen countless patients who were readmitted to the hospital, had an adverse outcome or experienced complications, and many of the instances were easily preventable if they had received proper information about their diagnosis, medication, etc.

I felt helpless and frustrated by this but was not sure how I could change things. I am striving to do that outside of the clinical setting by providing accurate, pertinent, well-researched information in an easy-to-understand format.
